Following the ratification of the Anti-Agricultural Economic Sabotage Act, Cong. Wilbert Manoy “Wise” T. Lee said this law will empower the government to target smugglers, hoarders, and price manipulators who have driven up food prices, contributing to rising inflation.

“Dapat habulin at panagutin ang mga demonyong nagpapahirap sa ating mga magsasaka at consumers,” Lee emphasized, stressing the law’s importance in stabilizing food prices and easing the burden on Filipinos.
