Lee Calls for Immediate Crackdown on Agri-Smugglers Amid Economic Sabotage Law Push With the rampant agricultural smuggling threatening the livelihoods of farmers and financial capacity of consumers, Cong. Wilbert Manoy “Wise” T. Lee lauded the enactment Anti-Agricultural Economic Sabotage Act which he principally authored to impose stricter penalties on smuggling, hoarding, and price manipulation.
